As the booking window for the MRCPCH AKP January 2024 Exam is closing soon, it’s time for aspirants to secure their seats and start their preparations. Here, we will provide you with an overview of the application process.
According to recent updates from RCPCH, applications for test centers will close on 19 November, while applications for online invigilation will close earlier, on 10 November 2023. Both booking options have been available since 6 November 2023. The MRCPCH AKP exam is scheduled to take place on 24 January 2024.
Aspirants can apply for the MRCPCH exam through the official website.
The first step is to create your exam account. Log in to or create your RCPCH account. Once you’ve logged in, click on ‘My account’ and register for exams. You need to complete a short form to confirm your eligibility to take these exams. Ensure that you register for your exam account at least 10 working days before the application period opens.
After creating an exam account, log in to your account. On your account page, go to the Exams panel and follow the links to apply. In your exam dashboard, you’ll find information about your qualification progress. Here, you should also select the method of delivery, whether it’s a test center or online delivery. Additionally, make sure to add the location where you wish to take your examination.
Carefully read all the information and complete the required fields. Once you’ve filled out all the forms and declarations, proceed to the application form to make your payment using a debit or credit card. Your place will be reserved for 10 minutes while you complete your application. After 30 minutes, your draft application will be removed, and you’ll need to start the application process again.
Once RCPCH receives the payment, your exam place will be confirmed. After submitting your application, you can make the payment online using a credit card or a debit card linked to a UK bank account. Once RCPCH receives the payment, an email will be sent to the candidate to confirm their place.
