MRCPCH AKP Exam
The MRCPCH AKP (Applied Knowledge in Practice) exam tests aspirants’ application of knowledge in real-world scenarios, focusing on clinical situations encountered in Paediatrics. The exam consists of two papers.
Exam Booking Dates
According to the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH), bookings have started from Monday, November 4, 2024, at 09:30 UK time. RCPCH provides a 7-day booking window, which will close on Monday, November 11, 2024 (16:00 UK time), depending on your location.
Test Center Selection
The MRCPCH AKP exam takes place in test centers across the UK and other countries. You need to select your preferred test center from the available list. Since applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, ensure you complete all procedures promptly.
Booking Windows by Region:
November 4, 2024: Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, UAE, KSA, UK & ROI, Online invigilation seats (UK and Overseas), Online Hong Kong
November 5, 2024: India, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka
November 6, 2024: Malaysia, Singapore, Trinidad
For online invigilation, the application period is shortened to 5 days and will close on Friday, November 8, 2024.The exam is scheduled for January 22, 2025, and result announcement dates will be confirmed soon.
