About MRCPCH Clinical
The MRCPCH Clinical exam is the final hurdle in the journey towards achieving the ‘MRCPCH’ postnominal. It is an Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE), which tests your clinical skills and decision-making skills to ensure you meet the required ST4 standards.
In this exam, you will engage in 10 distinct stations. Each station will be overseen by trained examiners, who will evaluate your performance. Some scenarios may feature children, young individuals, or adults acting as patients or family members. Apart from the knowledge you have gained so far, the exam also evaluates your professional conduct and soft skills necessary for success in the role.
